British specialist manufacturer founded by brothers Richard and Alan Jensen. Jensen built bespoke bodies before producing cars under its own name and later became known for powerful grand tourers using American engines. The Interceptor and four-wheel-drive FF are its best-known models, the latter notable for combining all-wheel drive with anti-lock braking in a road-going GT. Original production ended in the 1970s, followed by limited revival attempts.
