Introduced for the 2025 model year, the first-generation Acura ADX marked the brand’s entry into the premium subcompact crossover segment. Positioned below the RDX, the ADX was developed to offer a more accessible entry point into Acura ownership while retaining the brand’s emphasis on refined styling, modern technology, and responsive driving dynamics.
Built on the same global architecture as the Acura Integra, the ADX features a turbocharged 1.5-liter DOHC VTEC four-cylinder engine producing 190 horsepower and 179 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered through a continuously variable transmission (CVT), with front-wheel drive standard and all-wheel drive available. MacPherson strut front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension provide a balance between everyday comfort and controlled handling.
The first-generation lineup debuted in three configurations: ADX, A-Spec, and A-Spec with Advance Package. Higher specifications introduced sport-oriented exterior treatments, larger wheels, upgraded interior materials, and additional technology, including Google built-in and a premium Bang & Olufsen audio system.
