Market Notes
Primarily aimed at affluent American enthusiasts, despite multinational construction.

Arnolt was the automotive marque associated with American industrialist and importer Stanley H. “Wacky” Arnolt. During the 1950s, Arnolt commissioned European-bodied specialty cars using mechanical components from manufacturers including MG, Aston Martin and Bristol. The best known was the Arnolt-Bristol, which combined a British Bristol chassis and drivetrain with Italian coachwork by Bertone before sale largely to American customers. The marque represents a particularly interesting period of transatlantic specialty-car production in which American financing, British engineering and Italian design were combined in very small numbers.
