Market Notes
Originally Europe and North America specialty markets; modern revival targets a global collector clientele.

Bizzarrini was founded in Livorno in 1964 by engineer Giotto Bizzarrini after work with marques including Ferrari, Iso and Lamborghini-related projects. The company’s signature road car, the 5300 GT, combined a low Italian chassis and body with Chevrolet V8 power, reflecting Bizzarrini’s preference for robust mechanical engineering and competition-derived design. The original company failed in 1969 after producing cars in very small numbers. The marque has since been revived, including continuation-style 5300 GT projects and plans for new limited-production automobiles.
